Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Proplysis ("Proplysis", "we", "us", or "our"), the trading journal and analytics platform at proplysis.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Proplysis.

Proplysis is a journal and analytics product for prop-firm traders. It helps you track your connected trading accounts against your firm's rules and visualize your performance. Proplysis does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide brokerage services. Access to the dashboard is provided free when you purchase a prop-firm challenge through one of our affiliate links.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Proplysis. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

When you click a "Get funded" link and buy a challenge, you are routed to the prop firm through our affiliate link. You pay the firm exactly the same price you would pay going direct — there is no markup. The firm pays us a commission for the referral, and that commission is what makes the dashboard free for you. Whether you receive and keep dashboard access depends on a valid, verified purchase through our link.

When you link a trading account, you authorize Proplysis to access your account data — balance, equity, open positions, and trade history — on a read-only basis through the platform's API. Proplysis cannot place, modify, or close trades, move funds, or otherwise act on your account. Platform limitations mean data is generally available only from the time you connect forward; historical fills before connection may not be retrievable. You are responsible for complying with your prop firm's and trading platform's own terms.

Proplysis provides information, analytics, and rule-tracking for your own decision-making. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no metric, alert, or projection is a recommendation to take any trade or action. Trading leveraged products carries substantial risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

We work to keep firm rules and your computed metrics accurate, drawing on firm program data and your connected-account data. However, firm rules change, platform data can be delayed or incomplete, and computations may contain errors. Proplysis is provided as a reference tool — always confirm critical rules and balances directly with your prop firm and platform. Compliance with your firm's rules remains your responsibility.

Firm reviews on Proplysis are limited to verified purchasers and must reflect your genuine experience. You are responsible for content you submit and grant us a license to display it on the platform. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that is false, abusive, unlawful, or violates these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, probing or breaching security, scraping or overloading the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that harms Proplysis or its users.

Proplysis and its content, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proplysis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using Proplysis and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of Proplysis after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
